Sunday afternoon matches (football and netball) agains Chain kids (neighboring children's home) were very successful for CMU kids since they won both of them. Congratulations to our children!

John, a former volunteer with CMU Children's Home had his wedding last Saturday. Francis happened to be the "Bestman" (witness).

Last week the primary school where our kids go to, opened some new classrooms, and our kids participated in entertaining the guests. We have some pretty good "dancers" among them...

Lunchbreak

The Primary School kids usually come home for their lunch and then go back to school till late afternoon. Posho and beans is their staple food.

Home for the Orphans

This building is suppossed to accommodate 80 to 100 orphans once it is done. Due to financial constraint it has taken over 3 years. We would like to roof and finish the building as soon as possible to create more room for this dear kids. Who would like to help us finance the building? Second school term is finished and the kids are home for holidays. Time for farming, compound cleaning, Bible study and of course fun time and games. The third and last school term for this academic year will start middle of September. Most of the kids have quite good reports and are doing well in class.
